
H. Bradford Gustavson, AIA
H. Bradford Gustavson is a member of the American Institute of Architects, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has had considerable experience with institutional, retail, corporate interior, suburban residential and commercial projects.
He was partner-in-charge for the new corporate headquarters for Liberty Travel; a new nursery school building for North Shore synagogue; numerous McDonald’s restaurants and several beauty spas for Estée Lauder.
As Co-Principal, Mr. Gustavson is responsible for the construction documents and construction administration phases of all projects and oversees the technical coordination of each project.
As a Leed Accredited Professional, Mr. Gustavson brings a heightened sensitivity towards energy conservation, sustainable construction practices, on-side renewable energy sources and other green planning concepts.
