H. Bradford Gustavson, AIA
H. Bradford Gustavson is a member of the American Institute of Architects, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has had considerable experience with institutional, retail, corporate interior, suburban residential and commercial projects.
He was partner-in-charge for the new corporate headquarters for Liberty Travel; a new nursery school building for North Shore synagogue; numerous McDonald’s restaurants and several beauty spas for Estée Lauder.
As Co-Principal, Mr. Gustavson is responsible for the construction documents and construction administration phases of all projects and oversees the technical coordination of each project.
As a Leed Accredited Professional, Mr. Gustavson brings a heightened sensitivity towards energy conservation, sustainable construction practices, on-side renewable energy sources and other green planning concepts.

Kate Dundes Shattan is a highly experienced architect who has practiced architecture and interior design since 1983. Her extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects in both the NY Metropolitan Area and nationally, has resulted in her attracting a large and loyal set of repeat clients.
