H. Bradford Gustavson, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.  He has considerable experience with retail, corporate interiors and commercial rehabilitation projects for a variety of building types.   He was partner-in-charge for the new Liberty Travel Corporate Headquarters, installation of ATM machines and branch renovations for First Federal Savings and Loan, several beauty spas and store installations for Estee Lauder, numerous McDonald's restaurants and the renovation of a suite at The Pierre Hotel.  He has worked on facade renovations in New York City,  new offices in Mexico City, the first retail store in America for the Rize Corporation, a Park Avenue law office, interiors for Prudential Securities and Cramer Berkowitz,  several projects for Beth El Synagogue and numerous residential projects throughout the tri-state area.

As partner-in-charge of production, Mr. Gustavson is responsible for the construction documents and construction administration phases of all projects and oversees the coordination of each project.
